all cleared! cheers!

well, cleared all the stuff in my study room... hehehe...


我妈煮的麦片虾啦!

fresh prawn
garlic and chilli
egg and butter mixed together
curry leaves
nestum
mixed the prawns with plain flour
flour batter
heat up oil
dip prawn into batter and fried it till golden brown
deep fried till golden brown
fried prawns till golden brown
deep fried egg with oil till it is fluffy drain off the oil
fried the garlic
add in the curry leaves
add in nestum
fried till golden brown
add in chilli
add in the fluffy egg
add tiny bit of salt
tiny bit of sugar
mixed it well
presenting my mom's 麦片虾

mom's salmon fried rice

steamed salmon
fried eggs
mixed vegetables steamed rice
spring onion ginger
garlic
fried ginger
followed by garlic
when its brown add in steamed rice
stir and mixed well
add in mixed vegetables stir well
add in steamed salmon stir lighly
add in shredded eggs
tiny bit of table salt
pepper
lastly add in the spring onion and stir well
presenting my mom's yummy salmon fried rice!
when ma told me she gonna cooks salmon fried rice, l was like yucks err... can eat meh? hahaha... well, trust me its really tasty la!

japanese curry

well, this is how u cook Japanese Curry... see pics. hahaha...
this is mild rich curry uses 100% Japanese apples and flavorful honey
carrots & potatoes
chicken boneless leg ( SGD$ 4.99 )
cut all into bite sizes
for better taste add in corn flour, salt & pepper
* deep * fried the carrot and potato for better texture when cook it with the curry sauce
chicken 过油 for few minutes
add a bit of water and put in the curry cubes... ( potion up to u taste various )
stir it till melt
add in carrot & potato
add in chicken
add in water as the sauce can be rather thickcovered and bring it to boiled
presenting Japanese Curry
served it with rice... bon appetit!!!
