hahaha... most importantly, need to strike a balance
between work and personal life!lastly,
treat staff like your own kind...
reward staff as individuals!!!

我好开心呀!!!
hahaha... l am so happy!!!
well, met up with the owner for ccc1...
meeting for nearly 3 hours!
1st year @ $2500
2nd year @ $3000
3rd year @ $3000+++deposit @ $6000
well, guess it is quite a good deal for the next few months l will be busy!
need to clear lots of paper work and
the waiting time will be about 1 1/2 months but guess its worth waiting...
being a BOSS.... hahaha!!! check it out man!
still need to do a bit of renovation and lots of shopping to be done too!
set up the CCC will be a major event after the renovation!
next the enrolment cum staff matters...
but guess everything will goes well! hopefully by end August...
able to gain full capacity!!!
that is when the $$$ starts rolling in...

好大的半独立式- P2
well, this is a really big house but the interior is kind of small!
compare to the other house... ... ...
guess 80% will choose CCC1 instead of CCC2
but again will be looking for a 3rd of asap!
alot of hard work to set up a CCC... tired but fun-filled!
well, take a look at the photos
and you can see that the layout is rather small!

hahaha... so sweet of Jan bought 3 roti prata for me but wrong curry sauce...
l prefer the fish curry as it goes well with ah nei prata!
hahaha... typing! discussion! editing! all day long...
( * NO PARKING * at 魅力 this afternoon... too busy... but l did pop in during evening )
there will be a viewing session tomorrow... but l am lazy to go... ... ...

now there are so many choices... which one is better???
location! price! environment!
well, spent the whole afternoon driving all around the island viewing centres!
there are a few good one which l like but again there are many factors l need to consider!
there is one centre asking for a take over fees of 55k!
without any children,centre can only take in
27 children to max. 30 only!
the whole entire issues... NOT WORTH 55K!
will be hunting again!!!
it's rather tired but it's fun...

setting up a pre- school
being a pre- school teacher for the so many years... it's my dream to start one myself and l know this dream of mine is getting closer and closer each day!
Setting up a pre- school is not a easy task at all!
There are many rules and regulations!
PROCEDURES,
REQUIREMENTS,
CHOOSING PREMISES,
CLEARANCES FROM RELEVANT GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS ETC... busy busy busy
When all the above settled, next will be the setting up of PREMISES...
LAYOUT,
FURNISHINGS,
EQUIPMENT,
PROGRAMME,
TIMETABLE, S
TAFFING ETC... ... ... busy busy busy
STAFFING of a pre- school centre is CRUCIAL, one not only need to meet the basic qualifications... tender loving care well, importantly is the working attitude!
