Below is the recipe for making of Chinese Rice Wine...
Good to have it during your confinement...
My Mum making it for the 2nd round...

Oh, before making pls take note...
According to old folk tales,
only make the wine during Even Days...
Like that than your wine will be able to harvest...
Ingredient as follow:
6 Kilo Glutinous Rice
18 pcs small wine biscuit (酒饼)
Some water (about 150ml)
Some 红糟
2 bottle of Rice Wine
Below are the procedure:
Step 1
Cook all the Glutinous Rice the night before your actual making of Rice Wine...
And after cooking let the Rice cool down completely...
Step 2Get all the Rice Biscuit and compress it into powder...
Can use blender, loh...
Step 3 Get a big Ceramic Container...
Make sure it is clean...
1st Layer start with the rice power 2nd Layer lay the Glutinous Rice....
3rd Layer sprinkle some 红糟
4th Layer cover with another layer of Rice Powder
